About the Position
In this leadership role, you will develop, implement, and monitor Jongia’s sales and business development strategy. You will translate the company’s objectives and budget into concrete commercial priorities and drive revenue, income, and margins. At the same time, you will build lasting relationships with key customers, partners, and other stakeholders, and monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
You will lead the commercial team responsible for sales, marketing, service, and after-sales, and foster the development of skills and performance. You will work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure the feasibility and profitability of industrial projects. You will also represent Jongia with clients, at industry events, and within professional networks, and report regularly to the managementteam on commercial performance and market insights.
