We are Meeting u, the one-stop shop for events. From exhibitions and seminars to festivals and open days, on location, online, or blended. We take care of the planning, the location, the roadmap, the décor, the enthusiastic speakers, and the entertainment. What makes Meeting u special is that you not only organize events but your also guiding students to become professionals in the field. You balance between organizing events and facilitating students in achieving their learning outcomes. On the event day itself, we take full charge together with the students. Who are we looking for
As an event coordinator in the Meeting u department, you are working as a hospitality professional making sure guests feel welcome and at home. As an expert in your field, you are an example for students who get trained by you in this field. You guide them in becoming professionals. You also contribute as a team member to the results of the team and the ambitions of the organization.

The operational hours are five days per week and, depending on your shift schedule, may include weekend work. Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although flexibility may occasionally be required during peak periods and special events.
