About the Role

You will handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high quality of service for well-known global brands across sectors such as technology, e-commerce, travel, and entertainment.
What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers.
- Resolve queries related to products, accounts, orders, and basic troubleshooting.
- Accurately log customer interactions in internal tools.
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to continuously improve service quality.
- Follow company procedures, SLA guidelines, and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Native or C1 level in Dutch.
- Good level of English (B1/B2).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (depending on the project).
- EU citizenship or the right to work in Greece.
- No previous experience required – full paid training provided.
