What we ask

  • An Inspiring manager capable of growing and building an engaged hard-working team in a challenging and dynamic working environment.
  • An academical level work and thinking level, conceptually strong.
  • A Bachelor or Masters degree in Food or Process related technology.
  • At minimum of 5 years of experience in a managing function in pharmaceutical, chemical, dairy or food sectors, with expertise in applying and implementing new analytical techniques.
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills towards stakeholders at different levels. Acting as an ambassador for the team and its projects.
  • Affinity with relevant dairy processes.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Laboratory Quality Systems and international method validation programs (e.g., ISO17025) is a plus.
  • Strong planning, organizational, monitoring and project management capabilities.
