A Bachelor or Masters degree in Food or Process related technology.
At minimum of 5 years of experience in a managing function in pharmaceutical, chemical, dairy or food sectors, with expertise in applying and implementing new analytical techniques.
Outstanding communication and project management skills towards stakeholders at different levels. Acting as an ambassador for the team and its projects.
Affinity with relevant dairy processes.
Demonstrable knowledge of Laboratory Quality Systems and international method validation programs (e.g., ISO17025) is a plus.
Strong planning, organizational, monitoring and project management capabilities.
